46th Annual Dinner Gala

SUSAN ROVNER, NBCUNIVERSAL TV & STREAMING’S CHAIRMAN OF ENTERTAINMENT CONTENT, TO BE HONORED AT FRIENDS OF THE SABAN COMMUNITY CLINIC’S 46TH ANNUAL GALA 

Primetime Emmy Nominee and comedian Nicole Byer to Host Fundraiser with Participation from Rufus Wainwright and Ava Maybee 

WHAT: The Friends of the Saban Community Clinic will honor Chairman, Entertainment Content NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, Susan Rovner with the Leadership Award and the doctors and staff of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with the Lenny Somberg Award. 

Rovner leads creative strategy for original content across NBC, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY, Universal Kids, USA Network, and Peacock. 

This year’s fundraiser will feature Primetime Emmy Nominee and comedian Nicole Byer (Grand Crew, Nailed It!) as Master of Ceremonies and musical performances by Rufus Wainwright and Ava Maybee. 

The event has been generously underwritten by NBCUniversal, Cheryl and Haim Saban, and City National Bank. 

WHY: Hosted by the Friends of Saban Community Clinic (SCC), the clinic’s fundraising arm. Proceeds from the annual Dinner Gala benefit the Clinic’s comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health care services. The event will highlight SCC’s new Mobile Clinic, which provides medical and dental services to adults and children in 12 transitional housing units in Central Los Angeles. SCC’s mission is to provide outstanding, compassionate care to anyone who needs it.
